Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements 

• Age below or equal to 50 year(s)
• At least 10 years of experience in Large Commercial Banking or renowned Financial lnstitution with at least five years' experience in Senior Management Position.
• At least 5 years' experience in Senior Management position of a merchant bank or a brokerage house.
• Nationality: Bangladeshi
• Salary is negotiable depending on experience in related field and background of the selected candidate.
• The candidate should have strong leadership quality, be self-organized and result oriented and capable in managing sizeable business with multidimensional financial and advisory services having knowledge of fundamental and technical analysis of challenging and competitive capital market environment.
• The candidate should be capable of market trend analysis and Market forecasting mechanism.
• Training's on capital market and/or stock brokerage will be an added qualification.
• Candidate having sound knowledge in Computer Literacy & Securities Trading System, Proven track record for achieving results, growing business and excellent network and contacts will be preferred.
