Job Description / Responsibility

• Manage appointments for respective people.
• Arrange conferences, meetings, and travel related activities.
• Maintain liaison with relevant stakeholders
• Arrange and maintain documents needed to support the supervisor
• Identify decisions taken by AMD & CBO in all correspondences and follow up on the completion of those tasks.
• Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail and other material and follow up to answers to incoming mails.

Educational Requirements

Graduate(Four Years) from a reputed university. In case of B.Com and the like the incumbent must have a post graduate degree with minimum 2-3 years of working experience in related arena.
