HOW TO MAKE YOUR SPERM STRONGER

Research has shown that around 15% of couples can’t conceive. That’s a hell of a lot of blanks being fired, and a hell of a lot of kids never seeing the light of day. And yet a lot of it is so unnecessary.
Because, whilst there are those of us who are naturally infertile, the most common reason guys fire blanks is that they’re just not nurturing their little buddies. They’re not developing them, making them stronger and faster.
At school, we were told never to wear tight-fitting underwear, for example. We were also told to take regular hot baths to keep our guys ticking over.
Whilst these are handy little tips and tricks, they’re certainly not the be all and end all. Let’s take a look at what else you can do to ensure that you don’t keep on firing more blanks than the territorials.

Flush Out The Defects

According to studies, a whopping 90% of our swimmers are defects that simply won’t be able to penetrate the eggs. In other words, they’re misfits. Deformities.
According to Harvard scientists, a solution to this problem is to eat food that is rich in lycopene, a particularly potent antioxidant. You can find this in tomato sauce, among other foods.

Add To Your Numbers

Did you know that when you squirt, you’re firing out around 15 million sperms? That’s a fucking lot, isn’t it? That’s like 15 million you’s.

Potentially. Kinda.

But it still isn’t enough. Sure, it’s a lot, but it’s no where near enough. To add a few more millions to your ranks, you could do a lot worse than work out. Harvard scientists say that those who regularly exercise fire out more sperm.

Get Off The Phone

This one is gonna shock you, but if you spend less time on your smartphone, your sperm will have increased mobility, and will therefore have a better chance of reaching the egg on time and making things happen.
It sounds bonkers, but according a Cleveland Clinic study, men who spend too much time on their phone have diminished sperm mobility.

Reconsider Your Lube

Sperm needs to stay alive, otherwise it just won’t be able to do its job.
Because, you know, once sperm is dead it tends to stay dead. There are no zombie sperms (thank god – ed).
Lube, though, can kill your sperm. For this reason, you need to carefully check which lubricant you’re using and make sure it’s procreation friendly.

A Sperm-Healthy Diet: You Must Know

Sperm count typically wanting one of two things; children, or a higher volume of semen. Either way, the chances of increasing you sperm count wholly depends on what you put into your body. Certain foods can kill sperm count while others are known to raise it.
A healthy intake of micronutrients, including vitamin C, E, folate, and zinc, can boost sperm DNA quality in older men. Researchers had 80 men ages 20 to 80 estimate their average daily vitamin intake, and then took semen samples to analyze the men’s DNA.
The results: The more antioxidants and micronutrients a guy’s diet had, the smaller the risk for sperm with DNA damage, especially in older men. In fact, men ages 44 and older who ate the most vitamin C had 20 percent less damage compared to men of the same age who consumed very little vitamin C. That’s positive news for older men who still want to have kids, since you need healthy DNA for genetically normal children.
Want to ensure stronger swimmers, no matter your age? Incorporate these three nutritional gold mines into your diet to keep your semen in tip-top shape.
Any man who is looking to increase his

Fatty Fish

Men who eat more omega-3 fatty acids have higher-quality semen than those who skimp on omega-3s, according to a study in Human Reproduction. And even though the researchers say this may be merely a correlation, omega-3s are still loaded with other sex-boosting benefits. The omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA found in fish help to raise dopamine levels in the brain that trigger arousal. So, what can you do? Add oily cold-water fish like salmon, mackerel, sardines, and tuna to your weekly meal lineup.

Walnuts

Eating just 75 grams of walnuts a day (roughly a handful) can improve the quality of your semen. Researchers monitored the diets of 117 healthy men, asking half to incorporate 75 grams of walnuts into their diets. After 3 months, guys who ate walnuts saw an improvement in the shape of their sperm, as well as the movement and vitality of their swimmers.
Why? Researchers believe the Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA), a natural plant source of omega-3, found in walnuts may be behind the sperm’s extra boost. Walnuts aren’t the only convenient snack in the nut family that will strengthen your sperm.

Oysters

Besides being the ultimate aphrodisiac, the zinc in oysters can work wonders for your semen. In a study in Fertility and Sterility, sub-fertile men who took zinc sulfates daily saw a 74 percent increase in total normal sperm count after 26 weeks, compared to men who were treated with placebos. Your next move: Pop six oysters a day to double the daily recommendation of 15 milligrams of zinc. Other good sources of zinc are shrimp, red meat, pumpkin seeds, poultry and pork, eggs, and dairy products.
We also recommend that if you really want to increase the health of your sperm, there are sexual health supplements for men like “Sexual Overdrive”, that are meant to rev up your stamina, libido, and sex drive. By increasing your libido along with eating the right foods, you can increase your sperm count dramatically.
